Diez + Associates was founded by Carlos A. Diez, MAI, CCIM in Miami, Florida with the goal of providing the highest quality commercial real estate appraisal and valuation services in South Florida. Mr. Diez has extensive experience in the valuation of commercial and investment properties across all the major asset classes, encompassing the entire real estate cycle, from expansion through decline and recovery. He is highly skilled in valuation techniques for a diverse range of scenarios, from simple to complex, from small owner/user properties to large multi-tenant assets to proposed development of all types.

The appraisal of commercial real estate in the Greater Miami area is especially challenging due to a unique mix of economic, demographic and cultural forces influencing property values in this market. Mr. Diez possesses the combination of valuation skills, experience and local market knowledge necessary to deliver reliable valuations of South Florida commercial real estate. Our primary market focus consists of Miami-Dade and Broward counties, but our geographic coverage spans from Palm Beach to the Florida Keys.
